Acceptable Use Policy

For RobobAI’s Platform to operate without any interruption those using the Platform must not misuse the Platform, that is use the Platform for purposes other than those for which it is made available.

This policy is designed to help users understand activities that RobobAI will treat as misuse and what will happen if misuse occurs.

In this policy, the term:

  • Authorised User means a person authorised by a Subscriber to access and use the Platform.

  • Content means:

    • any information, data, text, software, code, scripts, music, sound, photos, graphics, videos, messages, tags, interactive features, or other materials that available on or through the Platform; and
    • any other materials, content, or data you provide to RobobAI.
  • Platform means the SaaS platform available at robobai.com and includes or all underlying software to enable its use
  • Subscriber means a company which has been given right by RobobAI to use the Platform
  • User Terms means RobobAI’s terms and conditions relating to use of the Platform, available
  1. RobobAI has no obligation to monitor access to or use of the Platform. However, it reserves the right to do so to ensure compliance with its User Terms, including this policy or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other government agency.

 

RobobAI will treat the following as misuse of the Platform:

 

1. Disruptive Activity

 

Such activity may include doing or attempting to do any of the following:

  • Scanning, probing or testing the vulnerability of the Platform or any of its security or authentication measures (without RobobAI’s express permission).
  • decompiling, disassembling or reverse-engineering otherwise attempt to discover the object code, source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Platform.
  • hacking the Platform.
  • circumventing, removing, deactivating, impairing or descrambling any technological measure implemented by or on behalf of RobobAI to protect the Platform.
  • modifying, disabling or compromising the integrity or performance of the Platform.
  • intercepting and/or deciphering any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.
  • accessing or searching the Platform (or downloading Content from the Platform through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by RobobAI or other generally available third party web browsers;
  • overloading or overusing the Platform through use automated systems to send a number of messages to RobobAI’s servers greater than a person could send in the same period of time by using a browser.
  • introducing any Open Source Software into the Platform
  • circumvent or otherwise interfere with any user authentication or security for, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to,RobobAI platform or its related systems or networks.

2. Unlawful Activity

 

Such activity may include doing or attempting to do any of the following:

  • using the Platform for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any laws.
  • using the Platform for any commercial purpose or the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by the User Terms.
  • misrepresenting of yourself, impersonating another person.
  • disguising the origin of any content (including by “spoofing”, “phishing”, manipulating headers or other identifiers).
  • breaching the privacy rights of others, including use of the Platform to gather or publish other persons’ personal information.
  • using the Platform to defame, stalk, harass, or post direct, specific threats of violence against other persons.
  • accessing or searching any part of the Platform by any means other than through the RobobAI authorised portal (i.e. “scraping”).
  • using any meta data or other hidden text or metadata accessible on the Platform.
  • use, display, mirror or frame the Platform or any part of it or the layout and design of any page or content within a page without RobobAI’s express written consent.
  • using the Platform for any purpose other than for which it is made available by RobobAI.

3. Activity contrary to community standards

 

Such activity may include doing or attempting to do any of the following on or through the Platform:

  • generating or sending any unsolicited communications (including advertising, chain letters, or spam).
  • soliciting other persons for commercial purposes.
  • disparaging any person.
  • uploading or otherwise providing Content that:
  • infringes intellectual property rights, moral rights, privacy rights or other proprietary or contractual rights
  • is deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harmful to minors, pornographic, indecent, harassing, hateful
  • encourages illegal or wrongful conduct
  • attacks other persons based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition
  • contains viruses, bots, worms, scripting exploits, or other similar materials.

If there is any misuse of the Platform, RobobAI reserves the right to:

  1. Permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend the right of the Customer or any one or more Authorised Users to access to the Platform without notice or liability if RobobAI (in its sole discretion) determines that and this policy has been violated by an Authorised User authorised by the Customer.
  2. Report criminal conduct to applicable law enforcement authorities and cooperate with those law enforcement authorities in their prosecution of Authorised Users.
